Returns and Refunds
We have a 10-days return policy including weekends which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to return it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We need you to email us with a photo of the product the same way you received it. unopened and unused. The exact SAME condition you received it.
Please include a tracking number as well once you mailed the item(s) back to us.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and you will be reimbursed. We will not refund the shipping cost you paid for us to ship the package to you.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges We do not exchange any items that have been opened.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
